Joseph has over 20 years of experience in the Asset Management industry in several initiatives aimed at scaling sustainable finance and responsible investment practices.

Gary has built and managed multi-billion pound businesses with thousands of clients and people, while serving on the Management Boards and ExCo’s of a number of global banks. He is a 30 year veteran in Financial Services, Real Estate, and Technology, combining them to lead the ESG agenda.

Anastasiya Kizima

Strategy and Business Development at ILA & Partners. Anastasiya has over 14 years of experience in Investment Banking, Financial Services, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Anastasiya achieved her bachelor’s degree in Finance & Economics from Pace University and in Global Economics & Italian from Florence University of Arts, and her MBA from University of Oxford.

Kate Rjabinina

Responsible for financial modelling at ILA & Partners. Kate is an experienced investment professional with over 10 years of experience working in financial advisory and investment roles at KPMG and Social Tech Ventures. Kate holds both ACA and CFA qualifications.

Blanca Arias Borrell

Head of Project Management at ILA & Partners. Prior to ILA, Blanca was an Integration Manager at Airbus and an auditor at Deloitte. Blanca achieved her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and a MSc. In Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship from LSE.

Gonzalo Acuña

Responsible for Business Development in LATAM. Gonzalo has 13 years of experience in the field and has led successful market expansions - including partnerships, high-performing teams, and cost-saving strategies. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and is an accountant in Argentina/Mercosur.

Guguni Wycliffe Nyabade

Responsible for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship for East Africa. Wycliffe is an accomplished public policy analyst and social impact management professional. He holds a master’s degree in public policy and management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Strathmore University, and Certificates in Public Administration from NYU and Sustainability from the University in Stockholm.

Jimmy Wafula Nyongesa

Business Development in Kenya. Jimmy is an accomplished entrepreneur in the services and transport sector. He has several years of experience in the Kenyan market with a deep understanding of the culture and business environment. Jimmy is part of our opportunities programme to develop professionals in sustainability and impact in the region.

Professional with extensive experience in project leadership, business operations and team management. Expert in commercial strategies, digital marketing and administration. Certified in Scrum Fundamental and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Proven ability to solve problems and optimize processes. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
